ProCoat – 1421 is solvent free, 100% solids, high functionality polymer Novolac with amine curing system designed to offer exceptional resistance to substrate in complete immersion and effectively resist the cold wall effect. The multi-functional chemistry gives an excellent low friction surface with superior engineered properties and makes it suitable for fluid handling equipment by reducing frictional resistance and can handle moderate acids, caustic and water immersion service. The superior barrier protection of the coating prevents permeation of corrosive molecules through it even under the influence of variable or elevated temperature conditions. It cures to a tough, abrasion resistant lining. Superior performance in crude oil, diesel, gasoline and petrochemical environments.
