Advanced 3.6 Functionality Novolac Polymer Coating Incorporated With Micro Ceramic Spheres For Aggressive Chemicals With Elevated Temperatures And High Abrasion
Product Profile
ProCoat – 1911 is solvent free, 100% solids, advanced 3.6 functionality, blended Novolac polymer coating with amine curing system designed specifically as a protective coating for ferrous & non-ferrous metals and concrete in high aggressive environments particularly in service where high chemical, high abrasion and elevated temperatures are encountered. The 3.6 functionality chemistry produce a high density, tightly cross linked impermeable polymer matrix structure over the substrate, which prevents the ingress of vibrant corrosive molecules even at elevated temperatures. Incorporation of micro ceramic spheres gives high abrasion resistance and being Novolac it offers excellent immersion resistance to many concentrated chemicals including Methylene Chloride, Methanol, Glacial Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Nitric Acid, Sulphuric Acid and Phosphoric Acid.
