ProCoat – 3240 is solvent free, 100% solids, high performance Novolac polymer rebuilding and reclamation product with amine curing system reinforced with spherical cubic zirconium giving it the highest level of impact, abrasion, chemical and temperature resistance in a epoxy system.  ProCoat – 3240 is designed specifically for reclamation of high abrasive areas like chutes, slurry pipe elbows, slurry pumps etc.  Chemistry of ProCoat – 3240 makes it suitable for optimum performance when applied in very high abrasion, erosion and cavitation environments.
