ProCoat – 4620 is solvent free, 100% solids, advanced high performance polymer repair mortar formulated with unique pure polymer resin with special grade cyclo aliphatic amine curing system reinforced with a blend of silica quartz minerals to form a concrete repair system engineered with excellent abrasion, impact and compressive strengths. This high performance polymer repair mortar used for repairing damaged or eroded concrete surfaces. It bonds on new as well as old concrete surfaces to form a tough, high strength abrasion and impact resistant deposit to effectively address the foot / trolley movement over the repair floor. The three component system of ProCoat – 4620 comprising Resin, Hardener and Aggregate enables field mixing with desired consistency for filling and leveling of damages over concrete surfaces.
